the world. Inspired by Haitian cuisine which is one of the richest and most
flavorful in the Caribbean. It reflects the country’s African, French, Spanish
and Indigenous Taino influences, blending them into a unique food culture.
From the diverse culinary traditions of the Caribbean and beyond, we’ve crafted
a fusion menu that draws on the best of both worlds. Our aim is to celebrate the
vibrant, colorful dishes of the Caribbean while blending in international influences
